Information you submit now will be pre-printed onto a form and will be available at the tryout/registration events to speed your registration process. During registration/tryout, we will check player eligibility via Birth Certificate, collect additional personal information (e.g., Medical Contact, etc.), determine jersey size, and accept payment by cash or personal check for the 2009 season. Registration fees for the 2009 season are not set and will be announced after our next League Meeting.
